www.PartnershipforParents.org – Available in English and Spanish, and addresses the unique needs of parents of children with life-threatening conditions and grieving parents. The Web site offers useful information for all stages of the process from initial diagnosis to, if necessary, grief support. The site was created by the Children’s Hospice and Palliative Care Coalition with the assistance from parents, doctors, social workers and chaplains.
