The Partnering for Children campaign is reaching out to healthcare professionals with information and resources so that you can advocate for the healthcare that children with life-threatening conditions deserve. Our goal is to help you mobilize your community to initiate community-based care and support systems. 

• Sign up your organization to join Partnering for Children. Free outreach resources are available to promote the campaign by clicking on “Campaign Partners.”

• Check out NHPCO's Pediatric Resources (ChiPPS) - Resources for healthcare professionals developed by the Children's Project on Palliative/Hospice Services. Download the Supportive Resources flyer. 

• Let families know about Partnership for Parents – Valuable information and resources for parents with seriously ill children developed by the Children’s Hospice and Palliative Care Coalition.  Download the Partnership for Parents flyer to distribute in your community. 

• Distribute educational materials to families – One-page brochures written for parents with seriously ill children are available in English and Spanish. Bulk orders are available for purchase at NHPCO’s Marketplace. 

• Find a Pediatric Coalition in your area – Community and State-wide partnerships working together to improve pediatric hospice and palliative care. 

• Find a hospice that serves children at www.nhpco.org or by calling 800.658.8898. 

• Find a children’s hospital in your area at www.childrenshospitals.net. 

• Wear an inspirational bracelet to show your support!
